You have probably heard and read that organic marketing is always better than paid marketing; this is not strictly true.

As with any other marketing tool, organic is great if you have all the time in the world, but if your sole source of income depends on your recently-formed online company, then you must use any tool at your disposal, and that includes paid marketing.

However, ideally, you will have marketing strategies for both organic and paid campaigns.  Just choose your options wisely, and this is where professional, experienced marketing companies come in handy. Their marketing experts will walk you through what you can do to for organic result, for example, writing and sharing blog posts with your social media followers and they will help you design a successful paid marketing campaign.

Online vs Offline

Online marketing is always the better fit for businesses that are online i.e. eCommerce websites so choosing digital marketing as your preferred choice is the right decision.  There will be time later on for offline advertising campaigns.

Just so you know, online marketing is not about how many times you flash an advert, but the effectiveness and power of the message that you send with a single ad.

You need to keep in mind that there are several ad blockers out there that will neutralize your paid ads if they are annoying; good online ads, however, are not only seen but shared and commented on over and over again. This can even occur for several years way after the initial ad campaign is over!

When you are planning your marketing messages, don´t look at them like a proud parent; you should look at them as a potential customer that is having a bad day or one that has to decide between spending money on your product or something else.

If it is not good enough for every possible scenario, then it is not ready and has to go back into the proverbial oven.
