Jobs That Won’t Bore You To Death

There are some jobs out there that just aren’t meant for fun. The ones where the only fun you’re going to have is with the people you work with, not the role that you’re doing.

Part of this is going to be because you just won’t have any interest in it, and part of it is to do with the fact that some jobs are no more than just sitting behind a desk, clicking away all day. Now, if you feel like you’re in a job that’s boring you to death at the minute, then you’re about to read the right article for you.

The working day doesn’t have to be all doom, gloom, and watching the clock. It can be one where you’re engaged, and before you know it the end of the day has come round. If you know you need a bit of this in your life, have a read on, and see if we can find you a new career.

Working For Yourself!

We want to start with the best one for most of you out there. Working for yourself is definitely true freedom. We will admit, the only downside to this is you do lose the socialisation that office life can give you, but it doesn’t mean your life will halt completely. You’ll have the freedom to do what you want, when you want, and you won’t have to worry about meeting anybody elses deadline.

You can go self employed with so many different trades, so it all depends on what you have a passion for. You could even go self employed and rely on something as simple as a blog if you got it to the point where it was making enough money. But people generally tend to go for things such as photography or writing. But you have to be good at what you’re going self employed in, so make sure you focus on your strengths.

Social Worker

A social worker is one of the more rewarding careers, and it definitely will keep you on your toes. We feel you do have to have a super strong mind to be able to deal with some of the situations this role would throw at you, but there definitely wouldn’t be a dull day at the office. You would have to have a qualification to go into this line of work, but your hard work to get it would pay off.

You can also get an advanced masters in social work online that would put you in a much better position to look for promotions. Your main role would be to work alongside other public services and families to resolve issues, mainly around safeguarding for children.

Intelligence Officer

This is the coolest one we’re going to talk about. An intelligence officer does exactly what it says on the tin. You would have to work with the police and other intelligence services to try and discover new information related to crimes. Some of it can be top secret, some of it could be low level. You would have to train alongside professionals to learn the role, but after the training the job rewards and thrill would be more than worth it.
