A recent book review by Maggie Macalister of IntelligentInvestor.co.nz gave the book a very good rap. Financial books are not usually running off the shelves as top best sellers as they can be a very hard read, fill of jargon that frankly just alienates a lot of us. And New Zealanders are not really motivated to acquire a high level of financial literacy so reading books on finance is usually left to the professionals and academics.
101 Money Secrets may change that. It’s an easy read and suitable for the young and mature irrespective of their currently financial standing.
Essentially there is a little bit of all of us in this book too – I’m not joking. One chapter in the book is on ‘Money Personalities’ – and I recommend you download this chapter for free –

My prediction is we’ll be hearing a lot more from Janet Xuccoa – and that will be welcomed by her many avid followers.
