I thought you might be interested in our new free online guidance for SMEs on how to manage personal information when using cloud computing.
We’ve tried to keep it short, practical and plain English, with a checklist and some brief explanation material. It’s available either as a pdf download (for ease of printing) or as a series of web pages.
We developed the guidance in consultation with businesses and the IT industry, so we think it works well at the moment. But this is a fast-evolving field, so we’ll need to review the guidance from time to time and make sure it’s up to date – suggestions for improvements are more than welcome!
