But how do we do this when our competition is continually reacting to market demands in the same way we are? This is where, being a little smarter, helps us to stay one step ahead of the competition.
In fact we will be using our competition to help us improve our positioning within our market. The first thing to do is to subscribe to your competitors’ blogs, newsletters and communications. This will allow you to see how they are positioning themselves, as well as to understand their offerings, and this will allow you to better position your services when you are competing for business.
